Outdoor Yoga and Brunch

We will start our Yoga practice in the woodland connecting to our surroundings with a grounding meditation. We will then move to our mats on the lush green meadow to spend some time practicing pranayama (breathing) techniques before moving through a series of asana (Yoga poses) that will mobilise the joints of the body, stretch out the muscles, and release any held tension – leaving you feeling wonderful for the rest of the day ahead and beyond.
Following our Yoga practice we will have a delicious vegetarian brunch together in the lovely café. Brunch will be a hot drink of your choice and one of the following options;
Vegetarian eggs benedict - Spinach, mushroom, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce on a breakfast muffin
Waffles - Homemade Belgian waffles with summer berries, yogurt, and honey
Vegan, gluten free and dairy free options available.

The morning starts at 9am with our Yoga practice, brunch will be served at 10:30am. You are then free to enjoy the grounds further. No Yoga experience required. Complete beginners to experienced practitioners are welcome.
You will need to bring your own Yoga mat.
If the Cumbrian weather isn’t on our side – we will take the Yoga indoors, but would still plan to do some land connection outside so dress accordingly.
