Please note that this is a full site closure and you must not access any part of the site or grounds during this time.
Here at the Lake District National Park Authority we are proud to offer services and attractions such as Brockhole, Coniston Boating Centre and Visitor Information Centres. As we find ourselves in challenging times, we have made adjustments to the provision of all these services.
We will be updating this page alongside developments in key government health guidelines related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) as appropriate.

Frequently asked questions
Can I access the site at all?
No. The site will be closed in full. We ask that you do not enter any areas of the site on foot or via one of our jetties, this includes the car park. Thank you for your understanding.
Will I get a refund if I have booked an activity at Brockhole?
Yes. We are cancelling and will automatically refund all bookings for all activities and classes up until 1 May 2020. We will keep this refund date under review.
Will I get a refund if I have booked an activity at Brockhole for after 1 May 2020?
If you would like a refund for activities scheduled after 1 May 2020, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I get a refund if I have booked an activity with Treetop Trek or Treetop Nets?
Please contact Treetop Trek directly to discuss your activity booking
Will my child still be attending a school trip at Brockhole?
No. All planned school trips will be cancelled until further notice.
Will the Great North Swim be going ahead as planned?
We do not have this information at present but will update in due course.
