On the water

Boat hire

We have a range of non-powered boats to give you the best view of Windermere. 

Rowing boats

• 1 hour: £10 for a maximum of 2 people, £15 for 4, £20 for 6
• 4 hours: £30 for a maximum of 2 people, £40 for 4, £50 for 6
• Full day: £50 for a maximum of 2 people, £60 for 4, £70 for 6

Sit on top kayaks

• 1 hour: £10 for 1 person, £12 for 2, £15 for 3
• 2 hours: £15 for 1 person, £20 for 2, £25 for 3
• 4 hours: £25 for 1 person, £35 for 2, £40 for 3
• Full day: £35 for 1 person, £45 for 2, £50 for 3

Canadian canoes

• 1 hour: £15 for a maximum of 2 people, £20 for 3
• 2 hours: £25 for a maximum of 2 people, £30 for 3
• 4 hours: £35 for a maximum of 2 people, £40 for 3
• Full day: £50 for a maximum of 2 people, £55 for 3

Water Walkerz

Roll up for a roll on the water! Dare you walk on water inside a giant inflatable ball? - only £5 a go

On dry land

Mini-golf

Our 12 hole minigolf course is perfect for a proper competition. Just £3 a per person or £10 for the family! More info at the shop.

Croquet

Or what better place to play croquet with the backdrop of the Lakeland fells? Just £2 per person.

Treetop Trek

From 1 June 2012 you'll be able to take to the trees with aerial walkways and zipwires. More details coming soon.

Open water swimming training

Escape the swimming pool and take the plunge! British Triathlon Coach Emma Brunning is running training sessions here including:

• Introduction to Open Water Swimming
• Open Water Skills Courses
• Open Water Training Nights
• Group Sessions
• 1:2:1 Coaching
• Video Analysis

She is offering coaching for both swimmers and triathletes in a safe open water environment.
